HOW TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM FIXED-PRICE AUCTION

Each vehicle description includes 20 photos, a presentation video, and details such as chassis number, mileage, horsepower, and more.

We now offer direct purchase only through the COCHESEN SL portal.

All available cars are vehicles seized from unpaid leasing/bank contracts.

Cars are now sold for the remaining balance of the initial contract. This is the final, fixed price. A €500 delivery fee is added.

Many new customers are unaware of the difference between buying from an auction company and a car dealership.

Buying a car online through our portal is very easy.

1. Choose the car you are interested in.
2. Fill out the purchase form with the customer's billing and delivery details (RESERVE CAR NOW).
3. The customer must send a photo of their ID by email to info@subastas-cochesen.com
4. The customer receives the purchase-sale contract, pro forma invoice, and warranty certificate.

After the customer receives the sales contract, proforma invoice and warranty certificate, they have 12 hours to make a deposit of 50% of the price + € 500 delivery costs.

Delivery takes 3-5 days. The vehicle will be delivered directly to the customer's address.
The car will be delivered with its original license plate and 30 days of insurance (the minimum term for insurance) to allow you to drive the car on public roads.

When the customer receives the car, they have a 7-day trial period.

After the trial period, if the customer is satisfied with the car, we will register the car in the customer's name at no additional cost, and half of the payment will also be made by bank transfer.

If the customer is not satisfied with the car, the 50% deposit + €500 will be returned to the customer's bank account.
